All of our products are warranted for 15 days from date of shipping against defects during manufacturing. We will replace any item with a manufacturing defect. Fading, shrinking, improper washing and wear and tear are not defects. All returns must be pre approved via email. Item must be unworn and in original packaging with original tags and labels attached. All shipping and insurance charges, from and to you, are paid by returnee. In Florida we are governed by State laws which do not allow us to take back swimwear due to hygienic reasons. Therefore, all swimwear sales are final.
